I am an intuitive tarot reader and spiritual guide focused on empowering my clients in their multidimensionality. With 5 years of professional tarot reading & life coaching and over 10 years of deep fascial and craniosacral Massage therapy focusing on somatic experience within the body and soul. In my practice I have cultivated an extrasensory ability to read energy and communicate with the unseen world. This includes mediumship, channeling, divination of all kinds and the translation of messages from your greater being, physical body, spiritual guides and more. I am passionate about connecting my clients to their innate ability to heal themselves and create a reality they are happy to experience.

Divination is a communication system with

the divine universe. Our experience in this reality is a reflection of the experience within our own being. All around us are vibrations, energies and frequencies that hold memory and truth. This information is an offering to help us find harmony in our relationships, in our life purpose and reality. Divination is a way to tap into this divine guidance and find the true reflection of the inquirer or a message of truth that is otherwise difficult to see.

Tarot is a tool to unveil these aspects

of the soul and body, relaying the messages and bringing forward the aspects in need of acknowledgement and integration. It is common during a tarot reading for channeled information to come through from your greater being, spiritual guides and loved ones. It is also possible that aspects of your own soul, inner-consciousness or self-part will come forward to speak a truth needing to be expressed. Fortune-telling, however, is not a huge part of this work. There are many timelines possible for a soul at any given moment, it is through understanding the souls intention and authentic expression as to what timelines it chooses to experience.

Although Tarot & Divination is used in Guidance Sessions, the focus of Spiritual Guidance & Life Coaching is to uncover deeper patterns taking place within your past or present to better understand and empower your future. Guidance sessions are built to help guide you on a journey of your own inner world as well as guiding you on how to build relationship with your outer world.

If you are interested in building relationships with your spirit guides or spiritual support team, this session can help you develop a relationship with them. . If you are seeking to understand your own emotions, your mind, your soul and how they effect all aspects of your experience, spiritual guidance and coaching can be a useful ally.

If you are looking to learn and understand divination to develop your own communication with the universe, this session can be used mentoring, teaching and education.

There are many different stories and scenarios we find ourselves in that are not actually authentic to us. In these sessions, the focus is to find false belief patterns, inauthentic relationships or jobs,, navigate your nervous system and physical body, and connect you to an internal support system and bring you to your highest potential.

The Physical Body is a powerful and potent ally in this experience. By listening and understanding its language and messages, the soul has the ability to pave a way to alignment and authentic embodiment. Pain is a message from this ally in an attempt to get your attention.

Abby has 10 years of experience as a Fascial and CranioSacral Therapist. In her sessions, the fascial and neural patterns are tracked through postural analysis and through connection to the craniosacral rhythm of the body. Each session combines tools that attune to the electrical/energetic, neurological, fascial and somatic systems. All aspects of the energetic field are taken into consideration. In this work, the goal is to clear energetic blockages and faulty or inefficient neural patterns to guide you into deeper physical alignment and embodiment.
